All your data that is sensitive is securely transmitted to Jewlnick Leather, if you choose to make a purchase from our e-shop we will collect your name, contact and payment details. We will ensure that any information we hold remains confidential and safe and will not be passed to 3rd parties. We do not hold any credit/debit details or any other financial information

POSTAGE

As standard all our items are postage within Mainland UK free of charge via second class Royal Mail. We offer additional options which do incur a charge. All items overseas WILL incur additional charges
We DO NOT ship any Beds outside of the UK

RETURNS

If any item purchased from Jewlnick Leather is found to be faulty, damaged in transit  then we will be pleased to either arrange a refund or a replacement of the product at the customer's discretion.

All returns must be notified to Jewlnick Leather in writing within 7 working days from receipt of your order, we will then explain how to return your goods.

In the event of a customer purchasing an item from Jewlnick Leather in error through no fault of ourselves in most cases will be pleased to either refund or replace the item provided that the original item is returned to us in an unused and as new condition within 7 working days of your order.
However, please note that for goods returned under these circumstances, return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer and if a replacement item required an additiional postage cost will be required prior to delivery.


 On Bespoke orders made to your requirements and measurements we are unable to offer a refund .
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

UNDELIVERED PARCEL

If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with either the post office or courier, a redelivery charge is payable to us before we can resend your parcel

DAMAGED PARCEL

In the unfortunate event your parcel arrives damaged you should refuse delivery if the damage is obvious. It will be returned and then replaced. If you have accepted the parcel please contact us immediately 

PARCEL NOT ARRIVED

In the unfortunate and rare event that your order has not arrived within 15 working days from the date of dispatch please contact us and we resolve it as soon as possible
